Refunds are available only after a thorough investigation by Verity Verify to determine the eligibility of the request. Refunds will be based on any remaining, unused word count balance in a user’s account, calculated in accordance with the selected pricing plan.

Refunds are typically issued under the following conditions:

• The user encounters a technical error on our platform that prevents document analysis and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
• An overpayment or duplicate charge occurs.
• Other exceptional circumstances as deemed valid after investigation by our support team.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and a description of the issue. Our team will review and assess each request within 5 business days, after which you will be informed of the decision and any applicable refund amount.

Approved refunds will be processed based on the unused word count balance, calculated according to the terms of the original purchase plan.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for services where document analysis has begun, or once a report has been generated and delivered, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as a technical error verified by our team. Additionally, refunds are not applicable in cases where:

• The user changes their mind after analysis has begun.
• The user’s document is rejected due to prohibited content in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
